The Society successfully held a professional and orderly Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 15 December 2025, attended by many ES voting members and other members. At the EGM, it was RESOLVED by special resolution to approve the proposed Articles of Association, in particular on EXCO structures. Both meetings were chaired by Dr. Raymond Leung, Chairman of the 7th Executive Committee. Members expressed their appreciation to the 7th Executive Committee for their dedicated service. With the majority’s approval, the 8th Executive Committee was elected at the AGM, with Dr. Allen Shi elected as Chairman. Dr. Shi shared his vision and mission with all members, encouraging everyone to contribute toward reaching new heights of the Society.
